The Bacon Beatdown

We bring the Fun Back to Fitness... and the Bacon, we also bring the Bacon!

The Bacon Beatdown is a 3 day Food and Fitness Festival Hosting over 1,000 athletes at the Daytona Beach Ocean Center! It's central Florida’s LARGEST fitness Competition and has been since it’s inception in 2013.


We achieve this by focusing on the FUN side of Competition! We understand that 99% of our athletes compete for the enjoyment of it and to test their metal!

About The Competition

This competition was designed to challenge your mind and body. Test your strength, agility, and vigor in an event that will take your fitness to the next level. Whether you train at a box or in your garage, this competition will test your anabolic and lactic thresholds. Don't wait too long to register as spots will be limited.

This event is mostly indoor, however most athletes will be participating in one event that takes place outdoors. Tents are not necessary nor allowed inside the Event Hall.

Beginner

Beginner athletes can expect 3 WOD’s on Friday, beginning as early as Noon.

Intermediate

Intermediate athletes can expect 5 WOD’s over the course of Saturday and Sunday beginning as early as 7am both days. Also, these Athletes can Qualify for a 6th and Final WOD!

Masters

Masters athletes can expect 5 WOD’s over the course of Saturday and Sunday beginning as early as 7am both days. Also, these Athletes can Qualify for a 6th and Final WOD!

Elite

Elite athletes can expect 5 WOD’s over the course of Saturday and Sunday beginning as early as 7am both days. Also, these Athletes can Qualify for a 6th and Final WOD!
